51 votes, 99 comments true I had this issue when enabling HDR on my LG Ultragear 144Hz 4K monitor that’s IPS It washes out the colours displaying SDR and doesn’t look that appealing I think this is because when you turn HDR on, everyone expects even the desktop to display decent contrast and saturation when it doesn’t
